Electric dual fuel towel rail summer element allows any standard towel rail with connections at the bottom to also be used by mains powered electric. The benefits of this are that the rails can be turned on or off as required, meaning you don’t have to turn on your entire central heating system when you just want warm towels in the summer giving you warm towels all year round
